Q1: I have sent emails to customer service for a long time or many times, but why can't I get a reply.

A1: service@cinchic.zendesk.com is the exclusive email of customer service now. If you send email to other email addresses, there will be no timely reply even no response. Since we have too many emails to deal with recently, your ticket may be replied in 2 days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Q2: Why didn’t I receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation from you?

A2: a. CINCHIC sends order and shipping confirmations to the email address you used to order.
b. You may input wrong email address when purchasing.
c. Please check the confirmations in your Junk Emails.

Q3: When checking my shipping information, it shows “NOT FOUND”.

A3: It is first class USPS shipping. Our warehouse is in China. When your order is still in China, you might not be able to track it. But if the order enters USA, you will be able to track it. Shipping usually cost 6-20 days, and there are special cases, thanks for waiting.

Q4: Why don’t I receive my order in 2 days while I chose faster shipping?

A4: The faster shipping time is 2-7 days. And before shipping there is a processing period which lasts 1-7 days.

Q5: How can I add free gift to cart?

A5: Free gifts will appear in the cart page if your order meets any requirement of any campaign.

Q6: Where should I use a coupon?

A6: In the checkout page, there is “order summary” box. Below the list of items of your order, you can find “Have a discount code? Click here to enter it >”, click it and then input your coupon number.
